Common issues

• "No ad account selected" in Data Studio — connect a Meta Ads account on the dashboard first, then reconnect the data source.
• Data not loading — make sure the platform is still connected on the dashboard; if you recently added an account, reconnect the Looker data source to pick it up.
• Billing or plan questions — email us and we'll sort it out.
